The PZT pressure transmitters are suitable for pressure and level measurements in pipes and vessels. The modular process connection system offers a wide range of connection adapters and makes a lasting contribution to cost reduction. The flush process connection with elastomer-free sealing cone and stainless steel membrane is ideal for measurements with the highest hygienic requirements.

The vacuum-proof measuring cell with stainless steel membrane works according to the piezoresistive measuring principle. The PZT pressure transmitters are designed for measuring ranges from -1 / 0… 0.35 to -1 / 0… 100bar. Special measuring ranges are also available. Due to the construction for permanent medium temperatures up to 125 ° C or 200 ° C, the transmitters are CIP and SIP cleanable. The high degrees of protection IP67 and IP69K also enable safe external cleaning with foam and high-pressure cleaner and reliably prevent moisture from entering the device. As additional protection against moisture, the electronics are completely encapsulated in the housing.

All pressure transmitters of the 100/101 series have been developed for universal applications, especially for applications at permanently high temperatures up to 200 ° C. Furthermore, the pressure transmitters can be easily read out and configured via the on-site display for the 100 series and the display and adjustment module OPUS M for the 101 series.
