The two-/three-way hose-type diverter valve ZWS/DWS is a distribution or collection unit for pneumatic conveying systems up to 4 bar (g) of powders and pellets in various industrial sectors.

Characteristics

  • Available in nine sizes (50-225)
  • Auto-tight seal, pressure tight up to 4.0 bar (g)
  • Standard hose up to 0.8 bar (g), special hose up to 4.0 bar (g)
  • Maintenance-free, extensive lifetime
  • Electro-pneumatic equipment fully assembled and wired to main terminal
  • With protection hood
  • Housing and slide plate made of cast aluminium, slide plate is hard coated and PTFE lined
  • Parts in contact with bulk material are made of stainless steel
  • Temperature range -10 to +80°C
  • Declaration of installation or declaration of conformity according to MRL, EC type examination certificate and ATEX declaration of conformity available
