The GSMU transmitter series are designed for the exact measurement of air velocity (mass flow).
The measuring method is based on the hot film anomometer principle using special thin film
sensor elements. The special construction of the sensor mounting provides a very small
directional derivate within the range of -20 to +20 degC (-4...68°F), thus allowing easy mounting.
Using the mounting device the penetration depth is infinitely adjustable. The following parameters
can be changed by setting a jumper: working range, output, response time.
The transmitters are designed for applications within the HVAC industry.
