ACFH, as a high pressure filtering system, suits for supplying high

pressure cutting oil to CNC or automatic lathes.

The way that the Element filters are installed is the suction technology. Since the filtered sludge gets discharged to the suction tank drain and then gets caught in the basket at the Duty Tank, it is very easy to dispose the filtered sludge.

The Element Filter applied to this system is designed to be cleaned just by supplying air depending on the cleaning cycle, so it lasts longer, and is easy for a user to replace it with a new one and take less maintenance cost.

ACFH series, filters being integrated in the coolant pumps, depends less on the size of the installation space with its compact cabinet type design.

Benefits of using ACFH

ACFH improves the speed of processing structural steels or any rigid materials. By discharging after cutting chips up, ACFH makes high speed processing possible and improves surface coefficient.

It is recommended for oils with high viscosity, between 10 and 32cSt, such as oil based cutting oils.
